• Full agency services on behalf of vessel owners, operators and charterers around the world, focusing on the Arabian Gulf region.
• Owners protective agency services including vessel husbandry, crew transfers and changes, accomodation and hotel arrangements, travel arrangements, meet and assist services at sea and airports, bunker supply, survey and supervision, fresh water supply, launch hire services, warehousing and logistics.
• Cargo handling and supervision (loading and discharging), ship-to-ship transfer services with our own vessels, superintendence, survey attendance, supplies and spares customs clearance, forwarding and delivery.
• Dry-docking services primarily focusing in Dubai Dry-docks, however do also handle vessels in dry-docks around the region and world in areas like Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Singapore, China, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Poland, France, Malta, Bahamas).
• Centralised disbursement account handling and assistance from our Dubai (JLT) head office, providing a one point contact for our global calls.
