About Us

Seamaster Maritime L.L.C. was established in January 2000, when our Founder and Group Managing Director Mr. Rashid Isa Rishi AlHeddi, set up a humble ship agency office as a one-man show based out of Dubai. His son Mr. Ramee Rashid joined in 2010, and is currently a Director in the group of companies, looking after the day-to-day operations and future planning.

The group has been successfully serving the maritime industry for more than 24 years, offering ship agency, logistics and crew/supply boat services in the Ports and Terminals in Arabian Gulf and Gulf of Oman, primarily based in the UAE. We handle all types of vessels calling Ports and Terminals for cargo operations, crew changes, ships’ spares and stores, dry-docking, repairs, underwater services, offshore calls, STS - ship to ship transfers, bunker calls, other husbandry services etc. We own and operate our own 5 (five) purpose-built crew/supply boats from ports of Fujairah and Port Rashid (Dubai) to support the offshore market.

Ports covered by our own offices are: Jebel Ali, Dubai (including offshore), Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Khor Fakkan and Fujairah (both including offshore). From our hub operations in Dubai, we maintain a network of vetted and compliant sub agents to cover remaining ports in Gulf of Oman and Arabian Gulf. With experience of around 1,200 vessel calls a year we have built a highly efficient and effective team of operations and logistics staff to offer tailor made and first-class services to our principals from around the world. Our current staff strength is 70 including boats crew. All our offices are physically manned and run 24/7, with a round-the-clock contact number readily available.

Seamaster Maritime is ISO 9001:2015 certified and maintain our compliance with Anti Bribery requirements stipulated by TRACE as well as contribute to UAE’s ICV (In Country Value).

We have developed an ERP system to help capture our services and interact with various departments involved. The system would capture all data from operations, logistics, technical and human resources on a common platform that will also eliminate the need to repeat data entry. The system also links with PDAs carried by our drivers so they do not need to fill in paper slips and customer reps can sign digitally.
